Online Chat Assistant – Entry Level – Part Time (Remote)

This part-time, fully remote role puts you at the heart of our customer interaction, ensuring that every chat and email response adds value and enhances customer satisfaction. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are adept at providing top-tier service, your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer loyalty through effective communication.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
