Live Chat Assistant (Remote)

Are you personable, attentive, and skilled at online communication? We’re looking for individuals like you to join our team as Live Chat Assistants. In this role, you will support various businesses by managing live chat interactions on their websites and social media platforms, helping to answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer exclusive discounts—all from the comfort of your own home or any remote location.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
