Customer Service Representative – Remote Chat Support (Entry Level / No Experience)

Are you looking for a fulfilling customer service role that you can perform from the comfort of your home? We are currently hiring part-time and full-time Customer Service Representatives for our e-Commerce Customer Service Department. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our brands by responding efficiently and courteously to all customer inquiries via live chat and email.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through live chat and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism and courteous communication with all customers.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capability (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and use provided scripts effectively.
  • No prior experience needed; full training will be provided.

Location: This is a remote position, open worldwide with a preference for candidates from the United States.
