Customer Service Agent – Chat (Remote / Entry Level / Part Time)

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships? We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will engage with customers via chat and email, ensuring their experiences are positive and that they receive personalized support.

You’ll become an expert on our products and promotions, embodying passion and accountability as you interact with customers to enhance their loyalty and retention. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is ready to learn and grow in a dynamic, supportive environment.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
