Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent

Are you committed to delivering exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents who are dedicated to providing high-level customer service solutions daily. This role involves handling incoming messages, accurately documenting customer interactions, and upholding the integrity of both the company and customer while adhering to company policies.

What You Will Be Doing: As a live chat assistant, you will interact with customers via live chat on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Hours per Week: 5 – 40 hours.

Location: Remote work online, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
