Entry Level Live Chat Support (Remote, No Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time through our website’s live chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously with a quick and effective response rate.

Requirements:

  • Must own a computer or a device capable of accessing social media and handling live chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Excellent typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • No previous experience necessary—full training will be provided.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a patient, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Available to work flexible hours, with a requirement of at least 5 hours per week.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, based on performance and engagement levels.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote online work, allowing for a flexible work schedule.
  • Supportive team environment with access to real-time assistance during shifts.

Location:

  • While this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates based in the United States.
