Remote Chat Support (Entry Level)

  • Roles: After a brief training program to familiarize you with our operations and tools, your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat interactions on business websites, addressing both support and sales inquiries.
  • Training Provided: You’ll receive full training and have access to a comprehensive documentation of FAQs to assist you in responding to customer inquiries.
  • Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term.
  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Work Hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 10+ hours per week required.
  • Location: Fully remote; must be based in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and use provided documentation to assist customers.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
