Entry Level Live Chat Representative (Remote / No Experience)

Are you ready to be the frontline support for customers from the comfort of your own home? In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers through our live chat application, offering swift and effective solutions to their inquiries, as well as providing detailed product information and exclusive discounts. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and are eager to deliver standout service without the need for face-to-face interaction.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
