Customer Success Manager (Remote / No Experience)

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll manage critical functions from onboarding to account management, all through live chat and digital communication tools like Facebook Messenger. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to impact customer satisfaction directly by providing personalized support, sharing valuable product insights, and facilitating seamless interactions.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
