What You Will Do: Engage in meaningful interactions as a Chat Support Assistant. You’ll handle incoming live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms, providing responses to customer questions, linking to products, and sharing discount codes—all in real-time.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: Open-ended, with no fixed term

Requirements:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of managing social media and website chat functionalities.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable internet connection for uninterrupted work.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and provide helpful customer service.
  • Capacity to manage multiple chats simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary.

Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability.
