Work at Home Live Chat Customer Support – Beginner Level / No Experience

Are you ready to support customers and make a difference from the comfort of your own home? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll interact with customers through live chat, email, and other online communication channels, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

Roles:

  • Manage live chat and email inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a device that supports social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Reliable internet connection.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
  • Available to work 10+ hours per week.
  • No prior experience required; full training provided, typically completed in less than a day.
